Boulder, Colorado: The gunman who opened fire at a King Soopers grocery store in Colorado, killing 10 people, including a Boulder police officer on Monday 22 March, has been identified as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa.

The name of the suspect, who is in custody, was released at a press conference by Boulder Police Chief Maris Herold.

Alissa’s family emigrated to the US from Syria.
