The plot of the “Man vs Wild” episode of Discovery Channel, featuring Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, from its sneak peak, appears so close and similar to that of the Belgian TV documentary on environment and forest shot in the jungles of Hoshangabad in central India about 10 years ago for the popular Belgian TV series “India for Beginners”.

Leading Belgian environmentalist Serge de Gheldere and central India’s front ranking conservationist and senior journalist Lalit Shastri figure as experts in this documentary, which is directed by award winning director Tom Van der Velpen and anchored by London based famous TV personality Shabnam Dutta Sahi.
