New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the assignment of the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment to U.P.Singh, lAS (OR:1985), Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.

ACC has also cleared the proposal of UIDAI, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology for extension of Central deputation tenure of Dr. Y.L.P. Rao, IFoS (MH:1986), Deputy Director General (DOG) (JS level), UIDAI for a period of two years beyond 10 April 2018by treating the post as non-CSS.
