New Delhi: Lok Sabha Speaker on Tuesday adjourned the House on the ground that it was not in order and the Lok Sabha again failed to take up notices for no-confidence motion against the government.

At least 50 members are supposed to support a no-confidence notice for the House to start a debate. Today at least 80 blue coloured placards with a number and the message “For No-Confidence” were raised by the Congress and few other Opposition members, including those from the Left parties.

The AIADMK led the protest at the outset today when during zero hour their members rushed to the well of teh House demanding the setting up of the  Cauvery River Management Board. Simultaneously the others occupying the Opposition benches were pressing for no confidence.
