New Delhi: A passenger travelling by Air India flight AI127 from Hyderabad to Chicago via Delhi found a cockroach in the meal served on board.

Rahul Raghuvanshi. who is an engineer-cum-journalist, has tweeted that Air India now serves cockroach for vegetarian meals on AI127.

Air India responded on Twitter by apologising “for any inconvenience caused.”  The airline further stated : “We have a zero tolerance policy in this respect.Obligatory action is taking place.”
