Jalalabad, Afghanistan:There were heavy blasts in the diplomatic enclave, barely 100 meters from the Indian Consulate in Jalalabad in Afghanistan this afternoon.
The Indian Ambassador in Afghanistan told media that the Indian Consulate was the target of the terrorist attack. After two explosions around 12.50 pm, it is reported that the ITBP personnel were enaged in a gun battle with at least two terrorists holed up in a building near the site of the explosions.
